Ingredients (6 servings):
Method:
- Stir together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, vegetable stock, flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- In a heated frying pan add oil and when the oil is hot add garlic and ginger and then add the mushrooms. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- When mushrooms start to become tender add all the vegetables. Stir fry until vegetables start to become tender, about 2 minutes.
- Pour sauce into vegetables, and mix well. Stir fry for about 2 minute, or until the sauce thickens.
- Remove pan from heat, and serve stir fry over rice or noodles.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
