This juice is very tasty made in Ramadan for Iftar...
Ingreadients:
1.Raw Mango (2)
2. Sugar (Half cup)
3.Mint leaves (Optional)
4.salt a pinch
Method:
First peel and slice the raw mango and keep it to boil with water 2 cups for 15-20 minutes. Than keep it to cool in a room temperature till 5 minutes and than add sugar half cup and stir and leave it for 10-15minutes.After that in a blender add all this and blend it with water,salt and ice.Finally blend mint leaves and serve it chill cold.
